KZ (Mixed tier): KZ's toy hauler line (Thor Industries), sold as Sportsmen Sportster through 2016, Sportster/Sportster 100 from 2017, and Sportster X since 2025. Construction is mid-pack for the segment — aluminum-framed laminated fiberglass walls, a 3/8" walk-on roof and a heated, enclosed underbelly — with a Tuff Ply garage floor and diamond-plate wall protection that hold up well. KZ's assembly quality is uneven unit to unit, which is why it lands in the middle rather than at the top.
