KZ Venom V4013TK
Sticker was $162,570 in 2023. Out of production since 2024, so the used market is the only way to buy one. Estimate assumes a 2024 unit.
dry weight 15,110 lb + fresh water (100 gal, full) 834 lb + propane + battery 200 lb + gear for 2 600 lb. Brochure dry weight omits water, propane, batteries and your gear; this estimate doesn't.
Judged the way the app judges: estimated loaded weight against each vehicle's rating less a 10% margin, per model year, because the V4013TK's published weights changed mid-run. Fifth wheels also need a pickup bed and are held to the fifth-wheel rating where published.

KZ (Mixed tier): Venom was KZ's flagship fifth-wheel toy hauler (Thor Industries), built with aluminum-framed laminated sidewalls over Azdel composite, a walk-on roof and a heated, enclosed underbelly, and specified like a race hauler — 100+ gallon fresh tanks, dual 30-gallon fuel stations, generators and 88×96 cargo doors. The engineering is above the segment average but these are 13,000-15,000 lb trailers with heavy slide and suspension loads, and owner reports of slide, frame-flex and delamination problems are common enough to keep it out of the top tier. Absent from the 2025 lineup.
