Forest River (Better tier): Forest River's Sabre fifth wheels use vacuum-bond laminated fiberglass sidewalls, PVC membrane roofs, and a heated, enclosed forced-air underbelly to sit in the affordable-luxury tier above entry-level trailers, with residential touches like fireplaces, kitchen islands, and on select floorplans a retractable patio deck.

gvwr = UVW (12,463) + CCC (2,800); not stated directly. One-piece molded fiberglass shower; heated/enclosed underbelly is part of an optional Convenience Package, not confirmed standard. No sleeps count, bed sizes, or MSRP published. Sleeping data added by a later pass: Two independent dealer listings both confirm Sleeps 4 and a front-bedroom camper king bed. Living area has a sectional sofa and dinette, but no source described either as a sleeper/convertible, so only the king bed is recorded in beds (partial fill on beds). Collected from a census gap: this line had no catalogue record at all. tier, bn and mat are the collecting pass's editorial read, not inherited from siblings.
