inTech Terra Oasis
Still in production. A used 2023 would run roughly $24,800.
dry weight 3,900 lb + propane + battery 200 lb + gear for 2 600 lb. Brochure dry weight omits water, propane, batteries and your gear; this estimate doesn't.
Judged the way the app judges: estimated loaded weight against each vehicle's rating less a 10% margin, per model year, because the Oasis's published weights held steady.

inTech (Better tier): inTech builds in Nappanee, Indiana on a fully welded all-aluminum, all-tube cage frame with no wood in the structure — the same chassis philosophy as its motorsport trailers — and its owners report far fewer of the water-intrusion and rot problems that plague stick-and-staple builds. Terra was the full-size travel trailer line above Sol and Luna: one model (Oasis) from 2021, then the larger Magnolia and Willow for 2024, before the whole line was renamed Aucta for 2025.
