Heartland Cyclone 4014C
Sticker was $170,198 in 2025. Out of production since 2025, so the used market is the only way to buy one. Estimate assumes a 2025 unit.
dry weight 16,302 lb + fresh water (150 gal, full) 1,251 lb + propane + battery 200 lb + gear for 2 600 lb. Brochure dry weight omits water, propane, batteries and your gear; this estimate doesn't.
Judged the way the app judges: estimated loaded weight against each vehicle's rating less a 10% margin, per model year, because the 4014C's published weights changed mid-run. Fifth wheels also need a pickup bed and are held to the fifth-wheel rating where published.

Heartland (Mixed tier): Cyclone is Heartland's flagship fifth-wheel toy hauler - Azdel-substrate laminated walls, welded tubular aluminum framing, a 12" I-beam steel frame and triple 7,000 lb axles are genuinely heavy-duty, but at this size and weight the QC misses (slides, plumbing, seals) show up often enough to keep it out of the top tier.

Findable: a few listed nationwide most weeks. Why: Heartland is a volume manufacturer. Estimated from build volume and production span, not a count of live listings.
Top-of-the-line Cyclone: 14-foot garage and a real 21k chassis with 4,650 lb of cargo. Six figures new, and these depreciate hard - which is exactly the used buyer's opening.
