Heartland Cyclone 4007
Sticker was $117,893 in 2021. Out of production since 2023, so the used market is the only way to buy one. Estimate assumes a 2023 unit.
dry weight 16,620 lb + propane + battery 200 lb + gear for 2 600 lb. Brochure dry weight omits water, propane, batteries and your gear; this estimate doesn't.
Judged the way the app judges: estimated loaded weight against each vehicle's rating less a 10% margin, per model year, because the 4007's published weights changed mid-run. Fifth wheels also need a pickup bed and are held to the fifth-wheel rating where published.

Heartland (Mixed tier): Cyclone is Heartland's flagship fifth-wheel toy hauler - Azdel-substrate laminated walls, welded tubular aluminum framing, a 12" I-beam steel frame and triple 7,000 lb axles are genuinely heavy-duty, but at this size and weight the QC misses (slides, plumbing, seals) show up often enough to keep it out of the top tier.

Common: usually several for sale within a day’s drive. Why: Heartland is a volume manufacturer. Estimated from build volume and production span, not a count of live listings.
The Cyclone that defined the class: 13-foot garage, fuel station, generator standard. Heavy enough that you need a dually, and honest about it - just don't buy a pre-2023 one expecting to haul 4,000 lb of toys.
